Position Summary
Zamplia is cutting-edge SaaS platform revolutionizing market research by connecting buyers and sellers of sample with transparency, automation, and real-time access to global respondents. We’re looking for a Media Buyer / Traffic Buy Specialist to join our marketing team and drive panelist recruitment while strategically targeting new clients through paid media campaigns.
The Media Buyer / Traffic Buy Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to recruit high-quality panelists and attract potential clients. This role will work closely with our marketing and growth teams to execute strategic ad placements, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic channels.
- Identify, test, and optimize various traffic sources to maximize panelist recruitment and client engagement.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation to achieve cost-effective conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine ad strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising with broader brand awareness and lead generation goals.
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Research and recommend new advertising channels and techniques to improve recruitment and client acquisition.
- Support ad hoc marketing functions such as content creation, email marketing, and audience targeting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry standards for digital advertising and audience engagement.

Qualifications / Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying, performance marketing, or traffic acquisition
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Understanding of market research recruitment strategies and lead generation tactics.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in SaaS, research, or performance marketing industries is a plus.
